Health Policy Project (HPP): The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications for a Cooperative Agreement from eligible U.S. based for-profit, non-profit, private voluntary organization, or an Institution of Higher Education for a program titled, "Health Policy Project (HPP)."
