CDCs Procurement and Grants Office has published a request for application announcement entitled, Health Promotion and Diabetes Prevention Projects for American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) Communities: Adaptations of Practical Community Environmental Indicators. $525,000 [this amount is an estimate, and subject to the availability of funds] will be available in fiscal year 2005 to fund five to seven awards.
