Healthy Homes Technical Studies Grant Program Pre and Full Application: To fund technical studies to improve existing methods for detecting and controlling key housing-related health and safety hazards; to develop new methods to detect and control these hazards; and to improve our knowledge of key housing-related health and safety hazards.
This notice of funding availability is requesting preliminary applications only. Following the scoring of preliminary applications applicants that submitted the highest scoring preliminary applications will be invited to submit full applications. Full applications will not be reviewed if they are submitted in response to this NOFA.

Additional Information on Eligibility
Applications to supplement existing projects are eligible to compete with applications for new awards. Federal agencies are not eligible to submit applications. The 2016 General Section identifies threshold requirements that must be met for an organization to receive an award.
If your organization received an award under the FY2014 or FY 2015 Healthy Homes Technical Studies Grant Program cycle, your application must identify a principal investigator that is different from the principal investigator identified in the application that received an award in either of these fiscal years.

Full Application NOFA
Based on the scoring of pre-applications, only the pre-applicants that are subsequently invited through direct contact will be eligible to submit a full application. Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorship organizations are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement.
