High-Accuracy Protein Structure Modeling (R01): -The National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS) invites applications for R01 Research Grants to support the development of novel technologies that will significantly improve the accuracy of comparative modeling methods for protein structure prediction. -The total amount to be awarded is up to $1.6 million each year. -Up to five awards are anticipated. -The type of mechanism is R01 Research Grant. Project period is limited to three years with direct costs capped at $225,000 per year for each award. -Eligible organizations include for-profit or non-profit organizations, public or private institutions, units of State and local governments, and eligible agencies of Federal government.
