Hiv Counselling and Testing Services: The overall objective of this program is to assist the Government of Uganda to implement a program to increase access to, coverage of and utilization of quality HIV counselling and testing (HCT) services to the private sector, including civil society and district health facilities with emphasis on health centre (H/C) IIIs, health centre (H/C) IIs, and their respective communities in 22 districts in Uganda.
