Grant Description
The Office for Domestic Preparedness (ODP) is accepting applications for Fiscal Year 2004 Homeland Security Preparedness Technical Assistance Program. The purpose of the Technical Assistance Program is to enhance the capacity of emergency responders to prevent, deter, or respond to terrorist incidents involving weapons of mass destruction. Cooperative Agreements and Grant Awards will be awarded to eligible applicants to develop, and provide technical assistance support for federal, state, local jurisdictions. In order to be eligible for consideration and award of this Cooperative Agreement Grant Award, applicants be invited by ODP to apply.
