Homeland Security Preparedness Training Program: The Office for Domestic Preparedness (ODP) is accepting applications for the Fiscal Year 2004 Homeland Security Preparedness Training Program. The purpose of the Training Program is to enhance the capacity of emergency responders to prevent, deter, or respond to terrorist incidents involving weapons of mass destruction. Cooperative Agreements and Grant Awards will be awarded to eligible applicants to develop, and provide training support for federal, state and local jurisdictions.
