Idaho OHV Public Outreach Project: The Idaho OHV Outreach Project is a statewide advertising campaign to promote the responsible use of off highway vehicles (OHVs) in Idaho. The purpose of the project is to communicate three key messages: 1) cross country travel is not appropriate, 2) riders should stay on established or designated established roads and trails, and 3) and riders should follow safe riding practices.
