- There has been a change in procedure and point of contact to obtain the ICHOR Appendix. The instructions are as follows: First, DARPA will make a determination of need-to-know. The contractor must show that, if they were selected to perform under ICHOR, they could indeed build and integrate a sensor of this complexity. Dr. Andy Hutchinson will make the determination of need-to-know. To confirm this, the contractor must prove that they have built and delivered another sensor of similar complexity, by providing DARPA with the program title, a paragraph description of the sensor, and the contact information of the government agent who took delivery of the sensor.
