- The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is seeking to partner with an organization focused on compiling evidence from non-U.S. poverty-reduction projects of what works, when, why and for how much. The objectives of such a partnership are to enable MCC to a) become a member of a network of organizations respected for rigorous impact evaluation and b) participate in prioritizing research initiatives to sectors in which MCC is investing. Membership services shall include: - Organized workshops and conferences related to rigorous impact evaluation- Publicity for key MCC events and publications related to rigorous impact evaluation- Support of a public good related to MCC's focus on results, a stronger evidence base on what works and what does not work, and why in poverty reduction programsResearch agenda services shall include:- Participation in the selection of sectors or themes to be the subject of research into poverty reduction, i.e. what works and what does not work and why- Opportunity to integrate MCC questions into future evaluations undertaken by the Recipient
