Implementation of a Primary Health Care Program in South Africa under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR): CDC's Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, "Implementation of a Primary Health Care Program in South Africa under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR)."
