Implementation of the Monitoring Plan for the American Peregrine Falcon in Colorado: Tasks to be performed under this award: develop a monitoring program that will detect the failure of any delisted species to sustain itself without the protective measures provided by the ESA. If at any time during the monitoring program information indicates that protective status under the ESA should be reinstated, we can initiate relisting procedures including, if appropriate, emergency listing.
