Improvement Plan Facility Implementation Plan (stream Restoration): The project will include survey and design preparation for 3,049 linear feet of stream reaches in need of stabilization and shall prioritize areas in the most need of immediate stabilization. The Cooperator shall prepare a cost effective design that will stabilize the streams in a way that reduces sediment and erosion to the maximum extent possible. The design solution shall include aspects that improve riparian habitat for wildlife use without requiring excessive long term maintenance. The design shall include removal of invasive species and use of native non-invasive species. The Cooperator shall incorporate existing infrastructure into the design.
