Improvement of Integrated HIV Clinical-based Services (Counseling and Testing, Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission, TB/HIV, Care and Treatment) Through Financial and Technical Assistance to Centers of Excellence: The purpose of this program is to provide technical and financial assistance to 13 Centers of Excellence (COE) throughout Haiti in order to strengthen and expand integrated HIV clinical-based services, including Counseling and Testing (CT), Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission (PMTCT), TB/HIV, and Care and Treatment. The COEs to be targeted are: Hopital Universitaire Justinien/Cap Haitien; Hopital Immacule Conception/Cayes; Hopital Saint Antoine/Jrmie; Hopital Saint Michel/Jacmel; Hopital Notre Dame/Petit-Goave; Hopital Eliazar Germain/Ption-Ville; Hopital Arcachon 32/Port-au-Prince; Institut Fame PEREO/ Port-au-Prince; Hopital Evangelique de Bombardopolis; Hopital Bernard Mevs/Port-au-Prince; Hopital de la Communaut Haitienne/Ption-Ville; Hopital de Fermathe; Hopital Wesleyen/Ile de la Gonave.
