- - Strengthen and expand integrated HIV clinical-based services, including Counseling and Testing (CT), Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission (PMTCT), TB/HIV, care for persons with multi-drug resistant TB and HIV Care and Treatment at referral facilities including the Institut National de Laboratoires et de Recherches (INLR) and the Institut de Maladies Infectieuses et de Sante de la Reproduction (IMIS) in Port-au-Prince. The institutions will be supported and strengthened to become super Centers of Excellence and national referral centers.
