For the purpose of this announcement eligibility is further limited to National Healthcare Provider Organizations: Healthcare Provider Organizations are to be defined as one whose primary constituency are healthcare providers (i.e. physicians, physician assistants, nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists and medical assistants). National is defined as having an active membership of at least 1,500 and chapters in at least 10 states.
