Initiative for Conservation in the Andean Amazon Phase II: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking concept papers and later, applications, from Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), education institutions, partnerships and consortia to implement activities to support the Initiative for Conservation in the Andean Amazon (ICAA) with Landscape-based programs. Please note, at this time we are not accepting full applications or proposals. Only concept papers will be reviewed. Instructions on how to prepare a concept paper are provided within this APS.
