Initiative to Implement Cancer and Tobacco Control Programs in Health Centers (ICT): Section 330(l)of the Public Health Service Act, as amended, authorizes the provision of technical and other assistance to eligible entities to assist them in meeting the requirements applicable to Health Centers. This announcement solicits applications from organizations to assist Health Center (i.e., Section 330 funded Consolidated Health Center Program grantees)statewide in planning and implementing cancer and tobacco control initiatives. Through participation on State cancel control coalitions and tobaccco control coalitions, these organizations can assist Health Centers in ensuring that the State's cancer plan and tobacco plan goals are reached for the underserved and uninsured populations.
