- The Mid-Pacific Region of the Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to award a grant agreement to California State University, Fresno Foundation for the following program: Integrated Regional Water Plan for the Central Valley of California. The purpose of this agreement is to engage and enlist as many areas of the San Joaquin Valley into a water management planning process known as 'integrated regional water management planning' (IRWMP). Refer to Notice of Intent (NOI) to Award announcement, R10AS20010 for additional information. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2.14(B)(3) is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) applies to this announcement.
