Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Research Centers 2010 (P30): Purpose. The Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) invites applications for Center Core Grants designed to advance the diagnosis, prevention, treatment, and amelioration of intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
