- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. This notices is not a request for competitive proposals. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service intends to award a grant agreement to Environment fo rthe Americas under authority 15.655 and the Fish and Wildlife Act of 1956, as amended (16 USC 742a-742j). The Service proposes to provide financial assistance to increase the awareness and value of migratory bird and their habitats for the intrinsic, ecological, recreational, and economic significance. The goal of IMBD is to raise awareness and concern and foster conservation action for migratory birds and their habitats. The Service and the recipient have a common interest in educating the public about the value of migratory birds and securing their involvement in the conservation of birds.
