- This action requires field and laboratory studies to examine the population dynamics of harmful algal blooms in the Nauset Marsh Estuary, and relate hydrodynamics, and groundwater nutrient fluxes to HAB duration and intensity using an existing physical biological numberical model. This action, issued as a sole source award to Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution is in accordance with the Department of Interior Policy, Department Manual 505 DM2. Cooperative Agreement H2380105504 will be issued on a five year basis with work ordered via task assignments. The initial task assignment is valued at $243,000.
