Juvenile Rehabilitation and Reintegration in Kabul and Nangarhar Provinces: The project will complement the ongoing INL project at the Kabul and Nangarhar Juvenile Rehabilitation Centers that work to improve the conditions of juvenile and help ministry of justice successfully rehabilitate and reintegrate juveniles in conflict with law while in custody and after their release; the project trains them on how to be safe and self-reliant upon release. Specifically, the project will establish and institutionalize sustainable vocational and educational programs at K&NJRCs, in partnership with the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) GDJRCs, Ministry of Education (MOE) and the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (MOLS).
