Grant Description
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), represented by the Bureau of Latin America USAID/LAC, is seeking applications for a Cooperative Agreement for funding a three-year Civil Society program entitled "Creating Networks Empowering Communities (CNECT)." The authority for this activity is found in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended. The Recipient will be responsible for ensuring achievement of the program objectives.
