LAC/CUBA Civil Society: Creating Networks Empowering Communities (CNECT): The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), represented by the Bureau of Latin America USAID/LAC, is seeking applications for a Cooperative Agreement for funding a three-year Civil Society program entitled "Creating Networks Empowering Communities (CNECT)."
