Land Protection and other RSC Activities in the SuAsCo Watershed: This is NOT a request for applications. This is just an announcement that an award has been made to Sudbury Valley Trustees for their continued work in the Land Protection and other RSC Activities in the SuAsCo Watershed.
The SVT agrees to continue to:
1. Commit staff time and resources to the cooperative implementation of this agreement in conjunction with the NPS, local communities, RSC, and other appropriate entities, based on mutually agreed upon work plan elements.
2. Undertake, through direct support or subcontracting a necessary, such other tasks and duties as may be mutually agreed upon.
3. Serve as fiduciary agent for the River Stewardship Council in the expenditure of funds provided subsequent to this agreement and not to expend any funds under this agreement without the approval of the RSC.
