Grant Description: The purpose of the Lead Hazard Reduction Demonstration Proram is targeted for urban jurisdictions with the highest lead-based paint hazard control needs and to assis states, Native American Tribes and local governments in undertaking comprehensive programs to identify and control lead based paint hazard in eligible privately-owned housing for rental or owner-occupants.
