If your organization received an award under the FY2017 or FY 2018 LHHTS Grant Program cycle, you are not eligible to apply unless you apply with a different Principal Investigator (PI). Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorship organizations are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement.
