- This Amendment 1 is issued to provide answers-clarifications in response to questions received from potential applicants. The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications for an Assistance Agreement for funding a three-year program entitled "Linking Poor Rural Households to Microfinance and Markets". The request for applications (RFA) as amended elicits applications for a three year cooperative agreement designed to support asset creation and enhance livelihood options of the rural poor through the promotion of market linkages and increased access to microfinance opportunities.
