Grant Description
The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Mid-Pacific Region, intends to award a sole source for Grant to Oregon Water Resources Department, 725 Summer St. NE Suite A, Salem, OR 97301 under the authority of CFDA 15.517 Public Law 85-624, Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act for the following program: Long Term Groundwater Monitoring. BOR proposes to provide financial assistance for 1) Groundwater level monitoring; 2) Monitor streamflow of groundwater dominated stream reaches in the Upper Klamath Basin; 3) Ensure that data collected is high quality and is made available to the public. Period of Performance is from the date of award to September 30, 2014. Estimate award date: on or about September 30, 2010. Estimate award amount: $346,040.00. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM2 paragrah 2.14(B)(2) CONITUATION is solely within the discretion of the Government.
