Long-Term Retention in Care for U.S. Substance Using Populations (R34): Until there is a cure, people living with HIV (PLWH) will have to be retained in care throughout their lives. Therefore, the purpose of this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is to encourage research on long-term retention in care leading to sustained viral suppression among substance abusers.
