Lower Colorado Region, Yuma Area Office Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act Program (FWCAP) Grant Program for FY 2017: The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Lower Colorado Region (LCR), Yuma Area Office (YAO) is requesting proposals to fund projects for activities in support of their Endangered Species and Environmental Restoration programs in federal Fiscal Year (FY) 2017 (October 1, 2016, through September 30, 2017). The YAO periodically makes funding available for conducting activities for Threatened and Endangered (T&E) species and their habitats under Section 7(a)1 of the Endangered Species Act (ESA) under the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act Program (FWCAP).
