Macedonia Primary Education Program: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications from qualified applicants to implement a program in Macedonia to support the improvement of the quality of the primary education entitled "Macedonia Primary Education Program". The authority for the RFA is found in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended. The chosen recipient will be responsible for ensuring achievement of the program objectives to support the improvement of the quality of the primary education entitled "Macedonia Primary Education Program". USAID intends to award a cooperative agreement to the responsible applicant whose application offers the greatest value to the U.S. Government. Subject to the availability of funds, USAID intends to provide approximately $16,400,000 in total USAID funding to be allocated over a five-year period for this activity.
