Management of Mitigation Lands: This synopsis is the full announcement. The tasks to be performed under this agreement are as follows: facilitate the cooperation of the two parties in the conduct of land management designed to offset losses due to the construction and operation of the Garrison Diversion Unit. This Single Source Award is being made in accordance with Department of the Interior Policy 505 DM 2.14 B (2), which allows for award without competition to an applicant - Continuity - The Russ Stewart & Painted Woods Wildlife Development Area Management Plan was developed in 1989 and the ND Game & Fish Department has assumed management responsibilities at that time. The Bureau of Reclamation transfers funds through the Service each year for this purpose.
