Management of Russ Stuart and Painted Woods WDA's: This project is for the management of Russ Stuart and Painted Woods Wildlife Development Areas as described in the General Plan, as amended, the Project Management Plan (November 1985) and Memorandum of Understanding between the Service and the Bureau of Reclamation. The Recipient will manage these lands in compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws and will act as an agent of the Service for the conservation, maintenance and management of wildlife resources.
