McKinley County Rural Water Appraisal Study: The objective of the original grant agreement is to conduct an appraisal level investigation of a regional water distribution system to serve residents in McKinley County NM. The currently proposed action is to increase the amount of Federal funding for this existing grant agreement by $10,000.00 to a total of $210,000.000 and obligate McKinley County to provide $10,000.00 of service in kind contributions to complete the investigation. Services in-kind will consist of professional services provided by McKinley Countys contractor Daniel B. Stephens and associates.
