Media Educational Program: The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U.S. Embassy in Tbilisi, Georgia is pleased to announce an open competition for a Media Educational Program (MEP)-a year-long project to support the professional development of Georgian journalists from multi-platform operated newspapers and news-agencies through robust professional study tour at U.S. training centers/studios, with site visits to relevant U.S. media outlets.

- Eligibility is limited to U.S. non-profit/non-governmental organizations. Direct funding for non-U.S. entities is not available under this announcement.
PAS encourages organizations that have not previously received international program funding from the U.S. Government to apply under this announcement. Applicants must have a demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing training programs related to journalism, designing and carrying-out study tours for journalists at U.S. training studios and media outlets.
