DARPA is soliciting innovative research proposals to overcome traditional performance limitations including bandwidth, sensitivity, power, and speed by exploiting the dynamics of mesoscale systems. The objective is to deliver devices and architectures that will ultimately provide the Department of Defense with unrivaled communication,sensing, and computation, while simultaneously establishing well-defined problems to accelerate the transition to quantum engineering.
