Mexico Travel and Logistics Program for Training Support: The United States Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, is seeking applications from qualified non-governmental organizations (NGOs), educational institutions, and other qualified non-profit organizations for a Cooperative Agreement to implement a program entitled “Mexico Travel and Logistics Program for Training Support.” The award recipient will provide programmatic, logistical, and administrative support to the capacity-building program of INL Mexico. The U.S. government estimates that a minimum of 3,000 and a maximum of 20,000 people will attend INL capacity-building events in a 12-month period. The number of participants per event can range from just a few to over one hundred or more. The events usually last anywhere from one (1) week to six (6) months, but the average event is approximately five (5) to ten (10) days.
