Middle Ponil Creek Project: The purpose of this agreement is to improve three undeveloped road crossings on the Middle Ponil Creek (Creek) to reduce impacts on the stream and keep the natural stream channel to avoid causing a potential fish migration barrier. Construct three half culvert bridges that will keep vehicles from driving through the Creek thereby eliminating fish disturbance and habitat deterioration, mortality, and barriers to fish movement.
