Migratory Bird Conservation in the Midwest: This announcement solicits proposals for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's Midwest Bird Conservation Program, covering the states of IL, IN, IA, MI, MN, MO, OH, and WI, as well as nonbreeding season areas important for birds breeding in the Midwest.
