Migratory Bird Monitoring, Assessment and Conservation: *** NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE AWARD*** Policy 505 DM 2.14 B(1) Unsolicited Proposal: The recipient, Texas A&M University ⿿ Kingsville (TAMUK) is uniquely qualified to perform the ⿿Comparing spring migration strategies of northern Pintails from wintering areas across North America⿝ due to their location in the heart of northern pintail overwintering habitats, availability of multiple data sets, current research topics, additional funding sources, and having expertise within their program.
