Migratory Bird and Monitory and Assessment and Conservation: U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 5, intends to make a sole source award of a cooperative agreement to Biodiversity Research Institute of Gorham, ME. This agreement is entered under the authority of Fish and Wildlife Act of 1956, as amended, 16 U.S.C. 742a-754; Migratory Bird Treaty Act, 16 U.S.C. 703 â¿¿ 712; and Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act, 16 U.S.C. 2901 â¿¿ 2911.
