Mobilizing Innovative Strategies to Rapidly Increase Access and Use of HIV/AIDS Counseling and Testing Services in Tanzania: The United States Agency for International Development Mission to Tanzania (USAID/Tanzania) issues this Request for Application (RFA) for the provision of counselling and testing services in Tanzania, particularly through, but not limited to, the mobilization of the nongovernmental sector, and linking to care, treatment and prevention services. Subject to the availability of funds, USAID/Tanzania intends to award one or more likely more Cooperative Agreement(s) (CA) for a total of $30 million over a 5-year period. The overall aim of the proposed activity is to rapidly scale-up access and use of quality counselling and testing services through effective and efficient strategies that reach, in particular, the underserved and those at high risk for HIV infection
