Special Demonstration Programs--Model Demonstration Projects to Improve the Postsecondary and Employment Outcomes of Youth with Disabilities; Notice Inviting Applications for New Awards for Fiscal Year (FY) 2007 and Later Years. Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) Number: 84.235U. Purpose of Program: The purpose of the Special Demonstration Programs is to provide financial assistance to eligible entities to expand and improve the provision of rehabilitation and other services for individuals with disabilities. Applications for grants under the Special Demonstration Programs--Model Demonstration Projects to Improve the Postsecondary and Employment Outcomes of Youth with Disabilities, CFDA Number 84.235U, must be submitted electronically using the Government-wide Grants.gov Apply site at http://www.Grants.gov.
