Modification of Contract for Establishment of Environmental Water Rights Transaction program for the Rio Grande: The purpose of this Grant Agreement is to modify the existing agreement covering the establishment of the Rio Grande Water Rights Transactions Program with the focus on the Canalization Reach of the Rio Grande from Caballo Dam south to the New Mexico State line.
