Monitoring and Evaluations: Facilitate the cooperation of the US Fish & Wildlife Service, Lower Snake River Compensation Plan Office (LSRCP) and the Shoshone-Bannock Tribe (SBT) in accomplishing the purposes and objectives of the LSRCP within the state of Idaho. It provides for specified interchange of services, personnel, equipment, facilities and funds in order to accomplish LSRCP objectives through monitoring and evaluating: 1. Egg and fish production at and distribution from LSRCP facilities in Idaho; 2. Adult fish returning to Idaho which were produced at LSRCP facilities in past years; and 3. Wild or natural stocks (and their habitats) which have or will have an effect on achieving the LSRCP program objectives.

Additional Information on Eligibility
This is a notice of intent to award Shoshone-Bannock Tribe (SBT) up to $350,018 under justification 505DM2.14(B4). The Water Resources Development Act of 1976, Public Law 94-587 and Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act, 16 U.S.C. 661-666 authorizes and directs the US Fish & Wildlife Service, Lower Snake River Compensation Plan Office (LSRCP) to work with other State and Federal agencies, Indian tribes to develop and implement a program to evaluate survival and harvest of fish release on the lower Snake River. SBT is uniquely qualified as they work within the LSRCP facilities in the state of Idaho.
