Morocco Anti-Corruption Program: The goal of this Cooperative Agreement is to assist the Government of Morocco to improve accountable service delivery in one region or sector of the criminal justice system within four years. The implementer will: conduct an analysis of corruption in one or more parts of the criminal justice system, design a program based on that research, and implement that program.
