- Funding provided by an award under this announcement will allow the MSISAC to expand its network intrusion detection/prevention, monitoring and vulnerability scanning services to reach up to 18 state, local and territorial governments. The expansion will enhance cyber situational awareness of our nation's State, local and territorial (SLT) government network environments and to share and coordinate real-time risk information to support national cyber security situational awareness with DHS.
