Grant Description
The San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park (SAFR) is entering into Task Agreement J8520100030 with the San Francisco Maritime National Park Association (SFMNPA) to inventory approximately 20,000 images to be added to the existing ICMS Archives Module CLASS item level directory and the objective of the inventory support will be as follows:(1) survey remaining classified photographs and enter new records for images not found in the ICMS database, (2)update existing records to add new forms of images when not included in the existing records, (3) review previous entries for errors and omissions to be corrected, (4)track the number and time spent on each task in particular the entry of new records and modification of existing records in a log provided by SAFR, and (5) identify photographs that require new enclosures or exhibit deterioration requiring conservation to stabilize materials. This agreement will be processed under an existing Cooperative Agreement, H8520080016. This award is in accordance with Department of Interior Policy 505 DM2
