Grant Description
The purpose of this cooperative agreement with the National EMS Management Association is to develop a Template of Model Policies and Protocols for Emergency Medical Service (EMS) Mass Care Incidents. The template should (1) identify the integration of organizations/agencies providing services during a Mass Care Incident, (2) quantify and qualify the scope of needs, (3) identify shortfalls, (4) develop strategies to meet the needs, (5) address the importance of tracking resources and services.
